What is Pourbaix diagram? It is a diagram which design the possible stable phases of liquid electro chemical system, in a chemistry. It is also called as potential/pH diagram, or pE/pH diagram, or Eh-pH diagram. Why it is called Pourbaix? It first was invented by a Russian chemist named Marcel Pourbaix. The diagram itself is formed by some lines and number of formulas. It represents the predominant ion boundaries. The following diagrams are the example of Pourbaix diagram.
